WHO WE SERVE, WHY WE ARE HERE, WHAT WE DO
In 2006, the opportunity arose for the Gragg family to start their own business, and Gragg Electrical Services LLC was born.
Starting as just a one-man crew, Brandon Gragg, an electrical contractor, gained his customers’ confidence through his attention to detail and quality work. This resulted in more work and a growing workforce.
Family Run: In the early years, Brandon recruited his own father as a co-worker. As their workload increased, they were fortunate to attract other quality and experienced Electricians.
As a result, the trusted name of Gragg Electrical Services spread.
Today, we’re a mid-sized, family-owned company that simply enjoys doing what we do. We love interacting with people, and we enjoy solving the many problems that we encounter in the electrical contracting field, Home or Business.

Our Hiring Process
1- Online Application
Tell us who you are and a little about your background and experience. The first step is letting us know who you are and where you are going! Our goal is to match qualified candidates with the right position at the right time. We want to make working at our facility a “game worth playing.” To us this means ensuring everyone on the team knows how to win, now and in the future.
2- Hiring Seminar
If we select you to move to step two of our process, you could be invited to an onsite hiring seminar where we walk through many of the aspects of the job function, conduct working interviews, and get to know you.
3- Skills Assessment
Part of our hiring process is the assessment of your current skills. Professionalism, courtesy, timeliness are the basics. We also want to know how you handle customers/teammates, problem-solving, and questions and, yes, sometimes a bit of chaos.
