2- Hiring Seminar
You could be invited to an online hiring seminar where we walk through many of the aspects of the job function, conduct working interviews, and get to know you.
3- Skills Assessment
Part of our hiring process is the assessment of your current skills. Professionalism, courtesy, timeliness are the basics. We also want to know how you handle customers/teammates, problem-solving, and questions and, yes, sometimes a bit of chaos.
