Role (overview of this position):

  • A highly motivated and dependable Welding Technician who is ready to take on the task of learning the service and repair of industrial coolers. Our ideal candidate will gain knowledge, and skills in order to deliver a quality product, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Heat Exchanger & Welding Technician will constantly strive to meet all performance goals, completion deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

  • Completing assigned tasks on time – Striving to complete assigned tasks on time in order to help maintain the day to day operations within your team, while delivering projects to customers in a timely manner.

Requirements (expected proficiencies):

Preferred

  • Knowledge of shop / industrial environment

  • Knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Above-average customer service
  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Light welding experience

Required

  • Mechanical ability

  • Must be okay working in various weather conditions including heat and snow.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend and twist at the waist, climb stairs, and walk without assistance.
  • Must be able to lift 60Lbs
  • Regular attendance is required
  • MUST BE ON-TIME
  • Travel may required. Per Diem paid for all travel in addition to regular pay
  • All applicants must have a clean driving record and must be 18+ years old.
  • Responsible for following company policies.
  • Completing paperwork, forms, and records as needed
  • Follow all company and OSHA mandated safety policies and procedures.

  • Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while assisting in the operation of machinery and vehicles
